Yamas & Niyamas Course
For years, I’ve returned again and again to the Yamas and Niyamas.
Not because they’re ancient teachings.
Not because they’re part of yoga philosophy.
But because they offer a practical way to navigate everyday life.
How do we treat ourselves?
How do we treat others?
How do we work with desire, disappointment, contentment, truth, letting go, and compassion?
The Yamas and Niyamas aren’t rules to follow. They’re invitations to explore.
And while this collection is rooted in yoga philosophy, these classes are not lectures.
Each class is a complete yoga practice with one of the Yamas or Niyamas woven throughout. Through movement, breath, and reflection, you’ll have the opportunity to experience these teachings rather than simply learn about them. The philosophy becomes something you can feel in your body and recognize in your life.
I’ve gathered my complete Yamas & Niyamas series into one collection so you can revisit these practices whenever you need them.
Whether you’re new to yoga philosophy or returning to teachings you already love, I hope these practices offer insight, perspective, and a deeper connection to yourself.
