She is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and a certified ReCODE Coach guiding minds and hearts toward cognitive vitality. She integrates functional nutrition, mind-body medicine, sacred movement, and energy work to walk beside each person on their healing path. Her healing modalities weave Qoya Inspired Movement, Reiki, and recovery coaching.
